Refund policy

HealthAssure by Alsco must authorize all returns before they are sent back.
Items must be returned within 30 days after they are received. To make a return
or exchange please contact our Customer Service at 1-713-400-7610 or email us
at Baylor.SLOLI@alsco.com

Embroidered garments are non-returnable. Garments that have been altered,
worn, stained in any fashion, damaged, or laundered are non-returnable.

Defective garments are returnable. Customer must notify of HealthAssure by
Alsco of any damages to garments within three (3) business days of receipt.
